Looks like we have a nice little gem hiding in Minnesota. Admittedly, I rarely find myself wandering the streets of Minneapolis, but Piccolo Restaurant clearly looks to change that.
Lamb breast with watercress, caramelized lemon, artichoke puree & chèvre — Wow!
Scrambled brown eggs with pickled pig’s feet, truffle butter & parmigiano — I’ll take two!
